Freestyle Rock'n'Roll Dancing is a social dance,
combining different styles. This style of Rock'n'Roll
dancing is a form of light aerobic exercise which
can be done by anyone. It is easy to learn and fun
to do. A great way to keep fit. Many of the moves
have originated from styles of dance such as, West
coast swing, American Rock'n'Roll, English Rock'n'Roll, Jive, Ballroom Jive,
Rockabilly, Ceroc and Salsa, all of which allows you to dance to almost any music.
New to Rock'n'Roll Dancing? Completed a beginners course? Had previous Rock'n'Roll
experience? why not come along and add some exciting new moves to your
selection.
Beginners Dance Lessons
Learn four step foot work, timing and the basic movements totaling
22 moves that make up the routines of our beginnings
lessons. As you progress you will learn more moves
and build up confidence.

Private Dance Tuition
Personal One on One training is available in the privacy of your own home or if you require us to book special premises at will be at the cost of the student.

DJ Music
Dance to Rock'n'Roll Music Both Traditional and more modern
DJ is also available for private functions, most types of music on file, just give us an idea what music you like, or a play list you wish to listen to and I'll do the rest.
